INCLUDES:·

- Excursions and transfers as shown in the itinerary (usually twice daily game activities at safari lodges and camps unless otherwise indicated in quotation).
- Services of the lodge guides and staff.

- Drinks as applicable on your itinerary above (most hotels and some camps/lodges do not include drinks at all, others include house wine at dinner and drinks on activities only and yet others include all drinks except premium wines, champagnes, spirits and liqueurs.

- Air transfers within Botswana as specified.
EXCLUDES:
- Any scheduled flights and related ticket or airport taxes.

- Items of a personal nature.

- Drinks, entrance fees, porterage, tours/excursions and transfers not specified above.

- Cancellation, baggage or medical insurance.

- Staff gratuities.

- Any new Government taxes, levies, fuel or industry increases which are beyond our control.

- Visa fees where relevant.PLEASE NOTE:

- This is a quotation only and is valid for 2009.

- Being a quote only, all of the above mentioned services are still subject to availability at time of making a booking.

- Laundry can be done at most camps/lodges and hotels. Some include this in their tariff whereas others charge a nominal fee for this service.

- All relevant booking conditions of Planet Wilderness Safaris and/or any other booked services will apply to your travel arrangements.

- You must please cover yourselves, prior to confirming the booking, with comprehensive travel, medical, cancellation, curtailment and default insurance for the duration of your trip. Due to the remote and wild areas that we operate in, it is vital that all guests are covered for emergencies and other unforeseen circumstances. We will not be held responsible for guests travelling without insurance.

- The relevant cancellation policy applies should you fail to join or start your safari for any reason, including airline delays or missed connections. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance for this purpose. You become liable for cancellation penalties immediately on confirmation of your booking services.

- The quote is subject to any VAT, levy, fuel or any other industry increases that are beyond our control.
- Most safari camps and lodges include two game activities a day in their tariff (one in the morning and the other in the afternoon). A private vehicle and guide can be booked for additional activities, but this will incur an additional cost. Please advise if you would like additional information on this service.

- The above itinerary includes camps/lodges that are situated in Malaria areas. Please consult your doctor or pharmacist and establish what precautions will be required for this fever.

- Passengers weighing 100kg or more must please advise us in advance as an extra seat will then have to be coshed in to the package for safety purposes.

- Air transfers in Botswana have a luggage restriction of 20kg maximum per person in a soft bag (including camera equipment and carry on luggage). These limits are applicable when travelling with the services of any local Air Charters.

- If this limit is exceeded, the excess luggage can be held (or forwarded to the point of exit) for your flight out at the end of your safari. Kindly note that the additional cost incurred will be for your account. Please advise us before you travel if you are likely to have excess luggage, and we will make the necessary arrangements.

- Passports must be valid (usually for at least 6 months after date of travel) and have at least 3 blank visa pages (not endorsement pages).

- All visa requirements must be fulfilled and these are your responsibility. If you have any queries about obtaining visas please contact us

- Due to the logistics of travelling on a safari to remote areas, we strongly recommend that you read all the literature that will be forwarded to you and if you have any queries to please contact us directly.
